We are hot producing the 100% Recycled Polyester Fabric, 100% recycled nylon fabric. Recycled polyester spandex fabric, recycled nylon spandex fabric.
You’ve probably seen the words “recycled polyester” or “RPET”printed on the labels of everything from pants to shirts to bags. It means that the fiber is made from waste material, like waste PET bottle, not from the virgin fiber from the petroleum in general.
What Is Recycled Polyester?
RPET is the short name often used for recycled polyethylene tetraphyte (PET), normally we also called Recycled Polyester.
The PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) is a common plastic, which is widely used in water bottle or other drink bottle and polyester fiber used in clothes and industry.
The recycled polyester fiber is not better than virgin polyester fiber and it brings harder control when in producing. However, with people’s importance in environment protection, the recycled polyester fabrics become more and more popular.
Why Choose Recycled Polyester?
In short, RPET takes plastic that has already been created, usually plastic bottles, and chops the bottles into tiny flakes. These flakes are then melted to separate the core PET ingredient inside of the bottle. This PET can then be used to make anything from a sweater to another plastic bottle. Not only is up to 50% less energy used than making PET from scratch, but by using existing bottles already created, it ensures these bottle don’t end up in landfill. It also means we can leave the planet as it is: rather than obtaining the core ingredient via the highly damaging process of crude oil primary extraction, we instead make use of a product in abundance that may otherwise have directly contributed to landfill.
PET bottle is not easy to degrade and now we can transfer the rubbish to another resource.
How To Make The Recycle Polyester Fabric
Any Different In Producing Fabric
The recycled polyester fabric is made of recyceld polyester fiber. The recycled polyester spandex fabric is making of recycled polyester fiber and conventional spandex. It has the same process: knitting, dyeing, setting and finishing and print if needed. The only different is polyester fibers change to same specification in recycled.
The recycled polyester fiber is from waste and polymerize again, so the fiber is easy to broken and when dye the shiny also less than virgin one. We need adjust technique method, like slow the speed and use better dye material.
GRS Certificate In Trading
When use the recycled polyester, the customers always request the recycled label or GRS certificate. The GRS certificate can ensure the fabric production chain is pure and confirm the producers use the right recycled fibers by TC (TRANSACTION CERTIFICATE).
We will apply TC for each order for customers.
